Returns
We are sure that you will be happy with your order however at So Many Roads we have a 14 day returns policy. Within this time scale we will replace the item or offer a full refund. All we require is that you send the item back, unused in its original condition with all the original packaging and labels intact. If we have despatched your order incorrectly or the product has a manufacturing fault we will also refund the return postage, however we do need your original receipt to do this. For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. We are unable, in the interest of safety and hygiene, to refund or exchange any helmets or undergarments. Please take steps to ensure you are ordering the correct size and refer to the manufacturer's size charts for additional guidance.

Shipping
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. Orders will not be despatched on a Saturday/ Sunday or Public Holiday. We expect you to receive your order within 3-5 working days although some items may take longer dependent upon availability. Where this is the case we will advise you via email. Your item(s) will require a signature confirming delivery. Please check the item carefully before signing. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Deliveries outside of mainland UK are possible but we ask that you contact us for a quote on the shipping cost. Parcels will be sent using approved couriers and in some cases the Royal Mail.
